Intellectual Property Policy

1. Platform IP Ownership

The WNGUARDIAN.NET LLC platform, including our proprietary algorithms, methodologies, AI frameworks (like 'Aria'), and all related content and documentation, are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of WNGUARDIAN.NET LLC.

2. Client Data & Deliverables

You retain full ownership of all data you provide to us ('Client Data'). Upon full payment, you own the specific deliverables created for you under a Statement of Work (SOW), excluding any underlying WNGUARDIAN.NET LLC IP.

3. AI-Generated Output

Unless otherwise agreed in a specific contract, you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the output generated by our AI tools for your internal business purposes. WNGUARDIAN.NET LLC retains rights to the underlying models and training data.

4. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on our platform, please notify our DMCA Agent at legal@winguardian.net.

5. Trademark Usage

Use of WNGUARDIAN.NET LLC's trademarks, logos, and service marks is prohibited without our prior written consent. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
