Acceptable Use Policy
1. Prohibited Activities
WNGUARDIAN.NET LLC's services must not be used for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose. This includes but is not limited to: unauthorised access to systems or data; data scraping or automated harvesting without permission; distribution of malware or harmful code; violation of third-party intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights; and facilitation of any activity prohibited by applicable law.
2. System Integrity and Security
You agree not to disrupt or interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of our platform. Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our network or systems without explicit written authorisation from WNGUARDIAN.NET LLC is strictly prohibited. Any suspected security vulnerabilities must be reported responsibly to security@winguardian.net.
3. AI Usage Guidelines
Our AI tools (including 'Aria') are provided for legitimate business purposes only. Use of these tools to generate hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or deceptive content is a violation of this Policy and may result in immediate suspension. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, extract training data from, or manipulate the behaviour of our AI systems through adversarial inputs, prompt injection, or similar techniques.
4. Content Standards
Any content submitted through our platform — including referral descriptions, support tickets, onboarding information, and co-marketing materials — must be accurate, lawful, and respectful. We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates these standards or poses a risk to our platform, users, or third parties.
5. Partner Program Conduct
5.1 Referral Integrity
WinGuardian Partner Program participants must only submit referrals for genuine, qualified prospects who have expressed a real interest in WNGUARDIAN.NET LLC's services. The following practices are expressly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Partner Program termination:
- Submitting fabricated, duplicate, or self-referrals
- Misrepresenting a prospect's intent, budget, or readiness to engage
- Incentivising prospects to click referral links or submit contact forms without genuine purchase intent ('click farming')
- Creating or operating multiple Partner accounts to inflate referral volumes
- Referral stacking — submitting a referral through multiple Partners for the same prospect
5.2 Accurate Representation
Partners must not misrepresent WNGUARDIAN.NET LLC's services, capabilities, pricing, or partner benefits to prospects, clients, or the public. All marketing and sales activities undertaken by a Partner on behalf of or in connection with WNGUARDIAN.NET LLC must comply with applicable advertising standards and must accurately reflect the current state of WNGUARDIAN.NET LLC's offerings. Partners should not make guarantees or commitments on WNGUARDIAN.NET LLC's behalf without prior written approval.
5.3 Brand and Marketing Standards
Partners may use WNGUARDIAN.NET LLC's approved brand assets (logos, badge kits, co-branded templates) only as provided through the Partner Portal and only in the manner specified in the Brand Guidelines. Modification of approved assets, use outside the permitted context, or use after Program termination is prohibited. Partners are responsible for ensuring their own marketing activities comply with applicable law, including data protection regulations governing marketing communications.
5.4 Confidentiality
Partners must keep confidential WNGUARDIAN.NET LLC's pricing, internal commission structures, client information, platform architecture, and any non-public information disclosed during the partnership. This obligation survives termination of the WinGuardian Partner Program relationship for a period of two (2) years.
6. Enforcement and Termination
We may investigate any suspected violation of this Policy. If you violate this Policy, we may — depending on the severity — issue a warning, suspend access to specific features, terminate your account or WinGuardian Partner Program participation, withhold accrued but unpaid commissions in the event of fraudulent activity, or report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. Where a violation results in financial harm to WNGUARDIAN.NET LLC or third parties, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of those damages.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Policy by another user or Partner, please report it to legal@winguardian.net. Reports are treated confidentially.
