Who we are.
WinGuardian.net is a deliberately small collective. We're not running a hiring campaign — but we're always open to extraordinary people who'd rather build something real than manage something theoretical.
Precision over scale.
We don't measure capability in headcount. Every person in this collective carries direct ownership of what gets shipped — no layers, no dilution, no handoffs to junior staff.
No bureaucracy.
There are no committees, approval chains, or permission structures. If something should be built, we build it. If it shouldn't, we say so.
Transparent by default.
We operate the same way we build: no black boxes, no hidden agendas. Every decision has a reason, and every reason can be explained.
Collaborators, not employees.
The people in this collective aren't filling seats. They're co-owners of the outcomes. If that framing doesn't resonate, we're probably not the right fit.
Not actively hiring.
We grow deliberately — when the right person appears, not when a headcount target demands it. If you think you'd change something about how we operate, we'd genuinely like to hear from you.
